Haven't received my latest purchase even though I paid for the express post . Was ordered last week and still no update on the tracking. What postage service was meant to be delivering it? As I can't see any updates

I ordered and paid for a refill and never received it.

Doesn't work. They promise "clinically proven results in one application" and then when zero visible results are seen even after 4 applications, they are like, aww yeah doesn't work for everyone our bad!
Waste of money, they refuse to refund for a product that DOES NOT WORK.

The only things I can say for this product is that it doesn't make your teeth sensitive and the packaging is nice. It doesn't actually make your teeth white and my mouth didn't really feel clean after using the morning toothpaste. It's expensive for a novelty product that fails to work. They also say that if you get no results that you need to contact them, but they never actually got back to my emails, so customer service sucks too : ')

Ive used this for awhile saw results at 1st, but the gel now just seems to stay on the tray not touching my actual teet

Easy process. Nice packaging. Not seeing a massive change in the color of my teeth unfortunately. Had high hopes....was using the two day/night toothpaste as well.

I am only half way thou the course of it and people's trying tell me they do see a difference but I don't think so I don't think I saw a difference atall but we will see when I finish
